Obviously, I’m going to lead with the Rudy Giuliani news:

Depending on how strong your stomach is, I suggest you read the lawsuit for yourself, because WOW. The long and short of it is, Rudy hired this woman, refused to pay her because of his “divorce,” and raped her repeatedly over the course of two years. Some “highlights”:

He often demanded oral sex while he took phone calls on speaker phone from high-profile friends and clients, including then-President Trump. Giuliani told Ms. Dunphy that he enjoyed engaging in this conduct while on the telephone because it made him “feel like Bill Clinton.”

Giuliani often demanded that she work naked, in a bikini, or in short shorts with an American flag on them that he bought for her. When they were apart, they would often work remotely via videoconference, and during those conferences Giuliani almost always asked her to remove her clothes on camera. He often called from his bed, where he was visibly touching himself under a white sheet.

On March 4, 2019, Giuliani expressed a fantasy to Dunphy in which they had sex in the lobby of a hotel room, and he told the doorman: “I need time alone with my girlfriend, with my daughter. With my little girl.” Per the suit, “This became part of a pattern in which Giuliani referenced Ms. Dunphy as his ‘daughter’ in the context of sexual activity and made her extremely uncomfortable.” On another occasion, Giuliani told Dunphy, “while engaging in sexual contact” with her, “I think of you as my daughter. Is that weird?”

~shudder~ And this is just the tip of the grossberg.

But also, she has tapes of him saying all sorts of terrible and self-incriminating things? And he also handed over his entire email account to her? And he admitted that he and President Conman were running a pardons for money scheme? And that they schemed to steal the election? IT’S A LOT. It’s a whole lot. Special Counsel Jack Smith, you paying attention?

Country singer Jimmie Allen is being sued by his former manager for sexual assault and sexual abuse. Allen has been suspended by his label and dropped from the lineup of the CMA Festival. His collaboration with ice cream maker The Frozen Farmer has also been dropped. Allen denies the allegations and claims that the relationship was consensual.

A jury now has Danny Masterson’s rape case.

Hadley Gamble, the CNBC anchor who was involved in the ouster of NBCU CEO Jeff Shell, is leaving the network.

Katie Couric had some thoughts about Shell’s behavior:
