I’m curious, what do you prefer: a show to come out once a week or dropped all at once?

Please do not shake.

Here’s A BUNCH OF TV News

We have our first Saturday Night Live season 51 exit, but it’s a writer, not a performer: Celeste Yim.

Does this mean Bowen Yang is leaving this season? Maybe.

In which Tina Fey points out the obvious about writing for Saturday Night Live.

Conan O’Brien and Greg Daniels tried to get themselves fired from SNL by bothering a costume designer.

Beck Bennett is a little afraid of being thrown out of a window, and honestly, who can blame him?

Had she been alive, Sinead O’Connor would have been invited to perform at the SNL50 celebration. So that’s kind of a bummer.

Lorne Michaels thinks Seth Meyers and Jimmy Fallon are safe. For now.

Looks like Fallout will be released weekly when it returns to Prime in December. The headline of this article suggests that this is obviously a good thing, but I don’t know. I understand why a weekly release gives a show a chance to build word of mouth and an audience, but I also know I will wait for an entire show to drop before watching because I love me a binge. What say you: binge or not to binge?

Sonja Morgan’s notorious Upper East Side townhouse has been turned into a luxury rehab facility and I am dying. Perfect. No notes.

Even better? Her former neighbors are PISSED. ~chef’s kiss~

For the last time, Carmy and Syd are NEVER GETTING TOGETHER. Go write your own fanfic if you’re so desperate for it to happen.

Colton Underwood, host of a reality dating show that is entirely about trying to get virgins to hook up, didn’t want his Bachelor season to be all about his virginity. Alright.

Speaking of Are You My First?, how did the producers know the contestants were virgins? According to them: “You could just tell.”

Teen drama stars are admitting the obvious: the casts are all sleeping with each other in real life. I mean, look, when you get a bunch of attractive 20-somethings together, what do you expect to happen?

Malcolm McDowell is not a fan of Emily in Paris.

Daniel Dae Kim had some very interesting comments about overcorrecting in casting Asian actors of specific nationalities, and I’m just going to take his word for it because I do not have a dog in this fight.

To be fair, none of her wigs on this show were good.

Netflix Houses will open in Philadelphia on November 12, and in Dallas on December 11.

Paramount is looking to cut 3,000 jobs. Eesh.

A reminder to all the parents out there whose kids loved the new Superman movie: Peacemaker is not appropriate for them.

Lyle Menendez was also denied parole, which is not a surprise after his brother was denied the day before.

President Taco is mad at ABC and NBC again. Who even knows. More alarmingly, he just said on TV that “A lot of people are saying maybe we’d like a dictator,” in response to a conversation about sending soldiers into Chicago FOR NO GOD DAMNED REASON and we’re all just bobbing around in this fascist dictatorship pretending that it’s not happening and trying to get our laundry done and it’s making me feel like I’m losing my mind BUT WHATEVER, RIGHT?

Get ’em, E. Jean.

How’s Dean Cain’s job with ICE going? Oh.

  1. I don’t have a strong feeling one way or another, possibly like weekly drops a touch more. But what I will say is I have very strong (negative) feelings about dropping a binge model in two or three chunks. Just give me all of Wednesday and Stranger Things all at once!

    1. I think it depends on how the show is set up. Episodic shows (Strange New Worlds) work fine weekly. Shows that flow (Fallout, Upload) binge nicely. Still I’ll watch as released even then.
