Hey Netflix, the cast of ‘Firefly’ has a few questions for you.

Nathan Fillion, Summer Glau, Adam Baldwin, Jewel Staite and Sean Maher, like you, are very curious as to why Netflix hasn’t brought Firefly back yet. Netflix? Are you listening?

ALERT: Angela Bassett is joining Master of None.

Oh, Rick Perry. Honey, no.

ACK! Tatiana Maslany is promising a “tragic” ending for some of the clones on Orphan Black. NOOOOOOOOOOOOooooooooo

Some post-Emmy news for you:

Here is a comprehensive list of how the new fall shows came up with their names. Some, it might surprise you, took less work than others.

In honor of  C. Martin Croker, Adult Swim released a whole bunch of Space Ghost episodes that you can watch right now.

Did you enjoy Syfy’s The Magicians but wish it had more cursing in it? Good news!

Donald Trump is already trying to undermine the debates before they even happen.

One of the guys who brought us Preacher is developing The Last Policeman, a sci-fi series for NBC.

In other development news:

Here’s The Grand Tour‘s new teaser trailer if you’re interested in watching other people driving fast cars. Don’t worry, my teenage son has already seen it.

Here is the point system that gets you into “The Good Place” on The Good Place. “Maintain composure in line at a water park in Houston.” OMG.

I’m just curious what everyone thought of last night’s new shows — or if you even watched. What say you?

The return of the fall season means the return of looking at ratings and gauging whether a show is about to be cancelled or not. Here’s a good run-down on what it takes for a show to be a hit in today’s TV environment. MATH!

And most of these shows haven’t aired yet, but it’s a safe bet they’ll be back for the 2017-2018 season.
