The Good Place: From the genius who gave us Parks and Recreation is this new series in which Kristen Bell stars as a woman who ends up in the “good” place after her death even though she totally does not deserve to be there. Series premiere. 9 p.m., NBC

Three Days of Terror: The Charlie Hebdo Attack: This documentary looks back at the horrific attack on the Parisian satirical magazine, which following the events of this past weekend feels particularly timely. 7 p.m., HBO
