I know this view well.
@notmsemilyrose11 Good morning from mufasa
Here’s A BUNCH OF TV News
In the least surprising news ever, President Reality TV pardoned Todd and Julie Chrisley because, come on, tax evasion and fraud? As if those are real crimes under this administration, especially when committed by rich white television personalities. Grow up.
I think you missed the most important part of that, Joe Exotic: RICH white television personalities.
Hey Shari: I know it’s on Hulu, not Paramount+, but I hope you watched the finale of The Handmaid’s Tale: “Fighting may not get us everything, but we don’t have a choice, because not fighting is what got us Gilead in the first place.”
Hey, streamers: will one of you add C-SPAN to your platform? Please and thank you.
Adolescence continues to be very popular on Netflix.
Lindsay Lohan would like to work with Martin Scorsese. OK.
Wait, hold up, Richard Dawson MARRIED one of the Family Feud contestants? And she was 24 and he was 49? Ew.
Hacks is giving Conan O’Brien PTSD. Also, Conan being dead in the Hacks universe was a Jimmy Kimmel improv.
We are entering Emmy season: the cut-off date for a show to be eligible for this year’s Emmys is Saturday, and nomination voting begins on June 12. I’m telling you all of this to explain why in the next couple of weeks there will be a flood of stories like this one, detailing in minutiae, how the set of the seventh episode of Severance was built. It’s interesting, kinda, but it’s really intended for a particular audience: the Emmy voters.
Speaking of the Emmys: Pedro Pascal is going to submit himself for consideration in the lead actor in a drama series for The Last of Us, and some people are calling foul. (It doesn’t much matter because Noah Wylie has that award in the bag. And if he doesn’t win it, Adam Scott will.)
Nick Kroll opened up about John Mulaney’s intervention, and how he was convinced Mulaney was going to die if he didn’t get help. “John was running around New York City like a true madman. And I was so deeply scared that he was gonna die.”
Deborra-Lee Furness filed for divorce from Hugh Jackman, and she’s being VERY CLEAR how she feels. (Good for her.)
We can now return to never thinking about Jussie Smollett ever again.
Congratulations, Demi Lovato and Jordan ‘Jutes’ Lutes!
