Here’s A BUNCH OF TV News
For some reason, it is news that Vanderpump Rules is not filming this summer? I get that Vanderpump Rules typically begins filming in May, but they are choosing to wait until later in the year to begin filming, in large part because they have been filming pretty much non-stop since last year’s Scandoval situation. As Andy Cohen points out, Bravo typically puts down the cameras on their reality shows for a few months to allow their subjects to live their lives — and bring new material into the show when filming resumes.
Kelly Ripa admits to having “asshole syndrome” which is the opposite of “imposter syndrome,” meaning she believes she can do anything even if it’s impossible. Oh, to have the self-confidence of a morning talk show host …
Phil Donohue and Michelle Yeoh are amongst today’s recipients of the Presidential Medal of Freedom.
Please stop sending Raven-Symoné’s wife death threats just because she didn’t grow up watching That’s So Raven. It is ridiculous that this even has to be said out loud.
Looks like the Kyle Richards/Mauricio Umansky divorce is imminent.
Over in British TV news, the Gavin and Stacey Christmas special is happening, James Corden will be in it, and it will be the final episode of the sitcom.
This isn’t TV news, but my blog, blah blah blah. Anyway, Mike Flanagan will be directing the next Exorcist movie, which has increased the likelihood of me watching the next Exorcist movie tenfold. (At the same time, I want Mike Flanagan to hurry back to making horror TV, please and thank you.)
