American Ninja Warrior: Female contestants compete across two courses in what I guess is the season premiere, even if they aren’t exactly calling it that. 7 pm., NBC

The Rising: In this British series, a young woman discovers to her irritation that she’s dead, and uses her newfound supernatural powers to investigate her murder. Series premiere. 7 p.m., The CW

Barons: This Australian surfer drama is loosely based on the true story of the creation of the Billabong and Quicksilver brands, as groups of surfers turned their personal rivalries into competing surfwear companies. Series premiere. 8 p.m., The CW

Reality: Sydney Sweeny stars in this film about the improbably named Reality Winner, a former Air Force intelligence specialist who leaked a report about Russia interfering in the 2016 election and got herself arrested for revealing the truth. Premiere. 9 p.m., HBO

America’s Hidden Stories: Martin Scorcese’s upcoming film, Killers of the Flower Moon, won’t premiere on Apple TV+ until October. Until then, you can learn more about the subject of the series  7 p.m., Smithsonian

The Curious Case of Natalia Grace: If you, like me, can’t help but love the terrible and completely UNHINGED Orphan movies, this is a look into the very weird true story behind the woman who inspired them. Premiere. Max

TUESDAY

I Think You Should Leave with Tim Robinson: This lunatic is back, and not a moment too soon. Season three. Netflix

America’s Got Talent: Season 18, dios mio. Season premiere. 7 p.m., NBC

Hot Wheels: Ultimate Challenge: Car lovers compete in transforming a normal car into the Hot Wheels of their childhood dreams. Series premiere. 9 p.m., NBC

Frontline: After Uvalde: Guns, Grief & Texas Politics: A year after the horrific tragedy in Uvalde, a look into how a community grieved, and the fight over assault weapons (and how nothing is ever going to fucking change, because this state, this country loves their weapons more than their children).  8 p.m., PBS

Ted Lasso: Losing the Roy family and Roy Fucking Kent in the same week just feels unnecessarily cruel on the part of the TV Gods, but here we are. Goodbye, Ted. Goodbye, Richmond. Goodbye, biscuits. Series finale. Apple TV+

The 1619 Project: This series which originally debuted on Hulu reexamines American history by placing the consequences of slavery and the contributions of Black Americans at the forefront. Good luck blocking all of the ABC stations, Ron DeSantis! 7 p.m., ABC

Drag Me to Dinner: Neil Patrick Harris, Bianca del Rio, and Haneefah Wood host this new competition in which a pair of drag queens compete to host the most fabulous dinner party. Series premiere. Hulu

Nancy Drew: A string of paranormal crimes makes Nancy and the gang think that the town’s past is coming back to haunt it. Season premiere. 7 p.m., The CW

Ghost Adventures: Zak and his team investigate Lake Mead, and they move from the Travel Channel to Discovery for some reason. Season premiere. 9 p.m., Discovery & Max
