The Flash: Black Lightning, Barry, Cisco, and Killer Frost come up with a plan in the “Crisis” crossover and fall finale. 7 p.m., The CW

The Conners: Dan excludes Jackie from the family Santa photo in the fall finale. 7 p.m., ABC
