Here’s A BUNCH OF TV News
CBS made their big Upfronts presentation yesterday (more on that later), and one of the more surprising announcements was that Ghosts would be moving to midseason. However, they also promised a one-hour Halloween special in October and a one-hour “Ghostmas” special in December, keeping up the show’s tradition.
Also moving to midseason: Matlock.
They also announced a live episode of The Price Is Right, something that has never happened before. It will air sometime in December.
CBS is also admitting that giving Stephen Colbert’s slot over to Comics Unleashed is basically a temporary thing and that they maybe haven’t given up on late-night after all. HUH. THAT’S WEIRD. Because last I checked, The Late Show with Stephen Colbert was the number one show in that spot, but they think they’re going to come up with something more popular? Dude, just admit you canceled the show for political favor and be done with it, this is exhausting.
Cory Booker still wants to hear from you, David Ellison.
For the first time in a decade, CBS won’t be this season’s ratings winner.
I am pretty sure I’d burst into tears, too, if I met Sesame Street‘s Maria.
Obviously, Joe Rogan is supporting Spencer Pratt for Los Angeles Mayor. These two idiots are made for each other.
To be fair, I’m not sure how a QVC or Home Shopping Network survives in an Amazon world.
Khloé Kardashian is real mad she did that Lamar Odom documentary in retrospect.
Bowen Yang picks a Weekend Update visitor for The Rundown, and it. has. everything.
