Here’s A BUNCH OF TV News
It’s a huge sports weekend at NBC: The Winter Olympics kicks off today, and the Super Bowl will consume all of Sunday … until they cut back to the Olympics.
Super Bowl coverage begins at noon (Central Time), but the kickoff won’t be until 5:30 p.m. Pre-game performances, including Green Day’s, will begin at 5 p.m. No word on when Bad Bunny’s Halftime Show will begin, but a rough estimate is around 7-7:30 p.m. BUT DON’T HOLD ME TO THAT, it’s entirely dependent on what happens with the game, and if there’s one thing that can be said about NFL games is that there’s a lot of fiddling around. Tony Lamas’ interview with President Dumpster Fire will also air during the pre-game coverage, but as of this writing, I can not find what time it will air.
President Ego will not be attending because Bad Bunny. And also, he knows he’ll be boooooooooooooed.
The NFL says there are no ICE activities planned around the Super Bowl.
How much are Super Bowl Halftime Show performers paid?
Have you ever wondered why the Super Bowls use Roman numerals?
How much do Super Bowl ads cost?
Speaking of Super Bowl ads, a bunch have already been released. You can watch them here, here, and here.
Early this morning, President Racist posted on his Truth Social account a disgusting video that included an insanely racist depiction of President Barack and Michelle Obama as apes in the jungle. It was so offensive, in fact, that the MAGA responses I saw on Threads this morning just flatly denied he posted it at all. (He absolutely did.) At first, the White House’s response was to tell people to cool it with the “fake outrage.” But when Republican senator Tim Scott called it “the most racist thing I’ve seen out of this White House,” I guess the White House felt like it was time to take it down. The White House put out a statement that read: “A White House staffer erroneously made the post. It has been taken down.” And that “staffer’s” name rhymes with Bonald Prump.
But by all means, yes, let’s rename Penn Station and Dulles Airport after this racist pedophile.
Hell yeah, Gus Worthy.
Mark Ruffalo has zero fucks to give.

This year marks the 100th anniversary of NBC.
Lisa Kudrow pleads with whoever buys Warner Bros. to preserve the studio lot and keep using it. (If you’re ever in Los Angeles, I strongly recommend the Warner Bros. studio tour, by the way.)
Now Chris Noth is pretending to be happy that he was killed off of And Just Like That … Sure thing, big guy.
I don’t know if you’ve been following the craziness around The Bright Side actor Quinton Aaron, who is currently on life support, but the TL;DR is his “wife” has been married to another man for 34 years, and now his family has barred her from his hospital room.
Nancy Guthrie updates:
The family has released another video directed to the abductor.

A person has been arrested for sending a fake ransom demand for Ms. Guthrie.
Hoda Kotb returned to The Today Show to offer her support for Savannah Guthrie.
And the Olympic Announcers acknowledged the situation, sending their love to the Guthrie family.
