The Beach Boys: This new documentary follows the band from their humble beginnings and features never-before-seen footage. Premiere. Disney+

Atlas: Jennifer Lopez, Simu Liu, Sterling K. Brown, and Mark Strong star in this sci-fi thriller about a brilliant scientist who has to face a robot with whom she has a mysterious past. Premiere. Netflix

Purlie Victorious: Leslie Odom Jr. stars in this play written by the great Ossie Davis as a Black preacher who schemes to reclaim his church from a plantation owner. 8 p.m., PBS

SATURDAY

Gaga Chromatic Ball: Filmed in Los Angeles, Lady Gaga performs in front of 50,000 of her biggest fans. Premiere. 7 p.m., HBO

Cruise Ship Murder: A young woman’s life is thrown into chaos after her aunt “falls” off a cruise ship and her uncle’s dark past comes to light. 7 p.m., Lifetime

SUNDAY

National Memorial Day Concert: The 35th annual broadcast of America’s night of remembrance. 7 p.m., PBS

Indianapolis 500: I’m only including this because it is one of the few car races I have heard of, so it must be fairly important. 11:30 p.m., NBC
