A ‘Tanner Sister’ allegedly had a queer actor and character fired from ‘Fuller House.’ Which one could it possibly have been?

Cows think doggo is baby cow.

Here’s A BUNCH OF TV News

Miss Benny, the current star of Netflix’s Glamorous, appeared in two episodes of Fuller House as Casey, the series’ first openly queer character. However, as she revealed in a TikTok video recently, the writers and producers of that show told her that “one of the Tanner sisters” was trying to get her removed from the show, and warned her that this Tanner Sister’s fan base may come for her.

When everyone guessed that the “Tanner sister” had to be famously homophobic Candace Cameron Bure, she released a statement to People Magazine to say, “Nuh-uh.”

“I never asked Miss Benny’s character to be removed from Fuller House and did not ask the writers, producers, or studio executives to not have queer characters on the show. Fuller House has always welcomed a wide range of characters. I thought Miss Benny did a great job as ‘Casey’ on the show. We didn’t share any scenes together, so we didn’t get a chance to talk much while filming on set. I wish Miss Benny only the best.”

Of course, this isn’t the first time Cameron Bure has been accused of being awful towards LGBTQ+ people. Last year, Cameron Bure gave an interview in which she talked about how she moved from Hallmark to Great American Family channel because she wanted to “keep traditional marriage at the core” of her movies there — this after Hallmark announced they would be making same-sex romantic holiday movies.

Also, carefully read her statement above. 1. One does not have to explicitly ask for someone to be cut from the show to make it clear that you want them cut from the show, but 2. Miss Benny came out as transsexual in the past year or so — notice how the statement is crafted in such a way that Cameron Bure never has to use a pronoun to describe her?

Wait, Taylor Armstrong came out as bisexual while I was away? And this was before the Kyle Richards mess? Huh! Well, congratulations and a belated Happy Pride, Taylor!

Neil Gaiman says that he has material — original material created with Terry Pratchett — for a third season of Good Omens if it comes to it.

Did you catch all the Taylor Swift references in the second season of The Bear? It is its own whole arc for Richie!

Soon you’ll be able to turn on a Murder, She Wrote channel on Freevee and just zone out all damn day. And that’s great, but let’s work on a Golden Girls channel next. OOH or a DESIGNING WOMEN channel!

Enjoy your little dose of Samantha on And Just Like That … because that’s all you’re getting. Also, it’s not going to live up to all the hype if Cynthia Nixon is to be believed.

The Wire creator, David Simon, is asking for leniency for one of the drug dealers involved with Michael K. Williams’ death.

A petition has been filed with the FCC asking to deny Fox a broadcast license for its Philadelphia station over its dissemination of false election claims and the January 6th attack. Godspeed.
