Netflix is looking hard at releasing some of its biggest titles on a weekly basis. I UNDERSTAND WHY, BUT I DON’T HAVE TO LIKE IT.

The Queen once skipped a private performance by Paul McCartney to watch Twin Peaks and I finally have something in common with the Queen of England, in that I would have done the exact same thing. Honestly. You young ones might not know, but back when it was on the air, Twin Peaks was THE SHIT, and you did not miss an episode. (Also, if you missed an episode, the next time you tuned in there might suddenly be a little person speaking backward while dancing around in a weird lounge and you’d have no idea what was going on. Not that watching the missed episode would make it any clearer, either.)

People are mad about the Boris Johnson series, This England, coming out so soon after the Queen’s death, but they need to get over it already.

The final scene of Days of Our Lives on NBC ever being interrupted with dead queen coverage is EXACTLY the reason the show’s fans should be happy it’s moved over to Peacock today. There are no breaking news interruptions on streaming, after all.

Kit Harrington has nothing but praise for the House of the Dragons showrunners.
