This is not a trailer for The Boys, but rather for the in-series movie, Dawn of the Seven (The Bourke Cut). Just … bellissimo.

This Is Us‘s finale includes footage that was filmed years ago — a fact I remember being leaked at the time. Anyway, be sure to hydrate before heading into it.

Welp, John Mulaney done did it. At a show this weekend in Ohio, Mulaney had a surprise opener: Dave Chappelle. And Chappelle did not hesitate to do his anti-trans material, to the disgust and dismay of some Mulaney fans who certainly did not sign up for this.

Listen, as someone who was a huge Chappelle fan who is disappointed in this bigoted turn he’s taken, I can make the choice to not watch his specials and not attend his shows. I know that this is a big part of his material now, so I can choose to not pay him to offend me and put hate out into the universe towards people I love. And I genuinely don’t begrudge the people who choose to support him — it’s your money, not mine. But BOY HOWDY would I be pissed to have homophobic and transphobic “comedy” foisted upon me when I did not expect it, LIKE AT A JOHN MULANEY SHOW. Not cool, Mulaney.

Seriously, though, what is happening to male comedians of my generation (ish)? Why are their brains turning to mush the minute they turn 40?

He also noted that it’s “impossible” to completely protect one’s family from the outside world.

Apparently, the original cast of Jersey Shore is mad that MTV is rebooting the show with people closer in age to the MTV demographic. OH WELL.

Everyone who told Anthony Carrigan, Barry‘s Noho Hank, that he should quit acting after he developed alopecia needs to be fired. Immediately.

Collider has also made a list of narrative podcasts that would make great TV shows — but I’m just here to add them to my podcast list.

Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne’s eldest daughter Aimee — the one who refused to be a part of the reality shows — was in a recording studio in Hollywood when it caught on fire, killing one.
