In which I find myself agreeing with the Parents Television Council and begin to question everything.

Oh my God, the Parents Television Council and I actually agree on something. I’m not saying that Pitch is a great show — or that I’ll haven’t already fired it personally — but it is a refreshingly and unapologetically pro-woman, family-friendly series, and maybe putting a sports show on against Thursday Night Football wasn’t the best decision if you’re trying to keep the show alive. FOX.

This asshole, though.

Speaking of FOX News, they’re busily eating themselves.

Here’s a first look at Tim Kring (Heroes) and David Eick (Battlestar Galactica)’s new Freeform sci-fi drama, Beyond. Surprise! It looks an awful lot like Heroes.

NBC wants to get back into the Mindy Kaling business, and has bought a sibling comedy from her. This is mostly interesting because of her own strained relationship with her idiot brother that has been playing out in the media in the past few days.

Both American Gods and Riverdale will get their own comic adaptations. So the adaptations will have their own adaptations.

  1. T, this was my exact twitter review of Pitch, “@PITCHonFOX was solid. More important than the actual epi is the message of the show. #NoSportsCeilingforGirls & that’s what makes it great.”

Its troubling to agree with the PTC but Pitch is a great show for young women to be exposed to. Its about The message. THE MESSAGE!!
