Here’s A BUNCH OF TV News

Noah Wylie is your Sexiest Man Alive because The Pitt is competence porn and competence (even fictional competence) is hottttt.

Joy Behar has returned to The View, and no, they weren’t going to fire her (again).

It’s confirmed: Jay-Z has pulled a Dick Cheney.

He kicked Politico and CNN off of Air Force One again.

More musicians need to do this.

A reminder that Kelsey Grammer is an asshole.

“Kordell Stewart Hopes His New HBO Documentary Lands Him in the NFL Hall of Fame”: this is LITERALLY the plot of The Fall and Rise of Reggie Dinkins (but with a gay rumor instead of a gambling scandal).

Please don’t call Parker Posey a whore, Craig Melvin.

A thing I learned today: Saturday Night Live has been selling episode-specific merch since season 45, apparently. But this week’s merch is only available … this week. So if you’re a fan of SNL and/or the movie Obsession, act fast.

Speaking of SNL, this collab with Sesame Street is EVERYTHING. (You know that when SNL first began, the Muppets were a regular part of the show, right? So this just makes sense.)

Love is dead.

#MeToo

Former Miss Switzerland Beatrice Keul has accused President Adjudicated Rapist of brutally raping her at the Plaza Hotel in 1993.

Russell Brand is currently on trial in London for three counts of rape, three charges of sexual assault, and one of indecent assault attempted indecent assault.

The child sexual abuse charges against Timothy Busfield have been dismissed by a judge on technical issues, deciding that “the prosecutor in charge of the proceedings had ‘failed to act in a fair and impartial manner,’ including by not properly instructing grand jurors on the procedures for calling additional witnesses.” The prosecutors have the opportunity to bring the charges to a new grand jury.

Vivek Ramaswamy ran a disgusting ad against his opponent, Dr. Amy Acton, featuring Acton’s mother calling her a liar. Acton’s mother lost custody of her daughter after her husband, Dr. Acton’s stepfather, was found guilty of raping Dr. Acton when she was 12 years old. Her mother sided with the stepfather, and Dr. Acton has been estranged from her ever since. The outrage over the ad has been deafening, and yet, President Pedophile Protector and JD Vance are standing beside Ramaswamy.

Meghan Markle’s estranged father, and general menace, Thomas Markle, is being investigated by the FBI for possessing child abuse images. Reportedly, Meghan Markle was informed of unspecified allegations against her father by the Metropolitan Police and Royalty and Specialist Protection in 2019, and she assumed he was being investigated.

She has put out a statement regarding the resurfaced allegations:

“In 2018, a letter was sent to the Metropolitan Police and Royalty and Specialist Protection. That letter was subsequently shared with me. It made troubling and disturbing allegations against my father and I was given assurances that these were being investigated.

“I hope it can now be understood that, despite certain media publications’ distortion over the years, any distance from my father and my choice to not allow him to have contact with our children, was for one reason: to protect them.

“I trusted that the authorities were doing the same for other families. Although the breadth of what has now been uncovered is more sickening than one could ever imagine, my sincerest hope is that justice will be fully served and that the priority remains the safety and protection of innocent children.”

So OBVIOUSLY Piers Morgan is attacking Meghan Markle, wondering why she didn’t make the allegations against her father known back in 2018/2019, despite the fact that they were … allegations and that making them public would not only make her vulnerable to defamation lawsuits, it could also hamper the investigations. It should be noted that Morgan had Thomas Markle on his show a bunch of times as part of Morgan’s ongoing attack on Meghan Markle, and that Piers Morgan is a shameless pig.

Matt Gaetz is being sued by two women, accusing him of sex trafficking them.

A rapist delivered a letter to a rapist from a rapist.

Social media personality Bryce Hall has been charged with felony domestic violence.

Utah senior defensive tackle Jamal Wallace is being investigated for rape.

Alexia Umansky opened up about being assaulted on an episode of Special Forces.

Great news: Billy Corgan just gave us two more reasons to hate Billy Corgan.

Gender-balanced hiring on TV shows has declined. Great.

Paul Bettany texted some horrific things about Amber Heard with Johnny Depp, and his explanation is … lacking. I’m disappointed, Paul.

The time a reporter asked a 13-year-old Christina Ricci on the red carpet for Addams Family Values if she had gotten her period yet. When people complain about “cancel culture” or that women are “too sensitive,” this is the kind of shit they want to return to, don’t forget.

Speaking of the early 2000s, Even Stevens co-star Christy Carlson Romano claims she was paid half of Shia LaBeouf’s salary back then.

And Holland Taylor left Two and a Half Men because they refused to pay her what she was worth.

FKA Twigs won her fight against Shia LaBeouf when he agreed to terminate their NDA. She is now free to talk about her experiences and the abuse in the relationship.

I hate it when I agree with Bill Maher.

The use of intimacy coordinators on Young Sheldon and Yaga is interesting.

Crystal Hefner has asked Jessica Binot to not participate in the movie Playmates about the Playboy brand, saying that she doesn’t want to see Hugh Hefner glamorized, as she suffered “sexual, emotional, financial and physical abuse” in her relationship with him.

I know this will get my Gen X card revoked, but I’ve never liked the movie Say Anything because I’ve always felt it was not romantic at all; Lloyd was just a creepy stalker who couldn’t take no for an answer.

If you or someone you know has experienced sexual assault, you can call the National Sexual Assault Hotline at 1-800-656-HOPE (4673), which routes the caller to their nearest sexual assault service provider. You can also search for your local center here.
