GIMME.
@felidaecentre There is nothing quite like being accepted by wildlife on their own terms. 🦊❤️ Our curious bat-eared foxes couldn’t resist investigating something new today… my shoes and pants! With gentle sniffs, little nudges, and plenty of rubbing, they turned an ordinary moment into a wonderful form of natural enrichment. To us it may seem simple, but to them every new scent tells a story. Bat-eared foxes rely heavily on their incredible sense of smell to explore their environment, identify other animals, locate food, and learn about changes in their surroundings. Introducing safe, unfamiliar scents keeps their minds active, encourages natural behaviours, and helps prevent boredom in captivity. At Felidae Centre, enrichment doesn’t always come in the form of toys. Sometimes it’s as simple as the scent of a volunteer who has walked through nature, visited another enclosure, or arrived wearing different shoes. These small experiences provide valuable mental stimulation and allow our rescued animals to express the instincts they would use in the wild. Every volunteer who joins us becomes part of these special moments. Whether you’re preparing food, helping maintain enclosures, creating enrichment, or simply spending time around the animals, you’re making a meaningful difference in the lives of wildlife that deserve a second chance. 🐾 Come volunteer with us and experience conservation from the inside. Learn, grow, and help give rescued wildlife the care and enrichment they deserve. 📍 Felidae Centre, near Kimberley 📧 info@felidaecentre.co.za 📞 072 363 8773 🌿 Every helping hand changes a life. #FelidaeCentre #VolunteerWithPurpose #WildlifeRescue #BatEaredFox #WildlifeEnrichment

Paramount has lost the plot as it continues to lose…
