Here’s A BUNCH OF TV News
It’s been a week since Saturday Night Live closed out its historic 50th season, so here are some leftover bits for you while we await news about which cast members will be leaving after this season:
SNL shared a video of bloopers and breaks from both the episodes and rehearsals:
And “the best” of the season … according to SNL:
The New York Times have their favorite sketches; The Guardian has theirs; and according to the polls here on FoolishWatcher, you guys had two favorites:
(It still hurts.)
Can you guess which cast member had the most screen time this season? It might surprise you!
Some former cast members and writers share what it’s really like to work at SNL. (Spoiler: NOT GREAT.)
Finally, here are two sketches that were cut for time on the final episode (the dentist one is genuinely funny):
We have a lot of new information about the upcoming Alien: Earth series on FX, along with pictures, if you’re interested. I, for one, can not wait.
The real controversy here isn’t that It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia might have used AI for their key art for this season; the real controversy is that the writer of this piece thought this was a hot dog with mustard when it is OBVIOUSLY A PHILLY CHEESESTEAK WIT WHIZ. I mean, it’s right there in the name of the show, my dude.
Ever wonder how to “come on down” on The Price is Right as a contestant?
Happy 20th anniversary on General Hospital, Kristen Storms!
Congratulations, David Duchovny and Monique Pendleberry (who was born the same year The X-Files premiered).
Sending good thoughts to Billy Joel.

Peewee Herman documentary is the only thing looking interesting in all those shows. Hope I’m not disappointed.
I think Miss Eggy made me laugh more than anything else this year. It may not be the best but one of my favorites was “My Best Friend’s House” from the Ariana Grande episode. “Beppo” and “What’s That Name: Election Edition” from the Mulaney episode were great too!
