Here’s A BUNCH OF TV News
I know that for those of you who come here for TV news and not my shrill political rantings, my saying that I’ve toned down the political content here in the past four years is laughable — but I really have, or at least I’ve tried. Without Former President Disgrace sitting in office, I was able to not have to think about him and his mishandling of this country every day, and I ignored all most of his nonsense. And for the most part, I’ve ignored all some of his crap on the campaign trail, as well.
But I can’t ignore this: On the anniversary of the deaths of 13 service members killed by a suicide bomber in Kabul as we were leaving Afghanistan in a rushed evacuation, Former President Bone Spurs staged a photoshoot in Arlington National Cemetary at the grave of one of these soldiers, POSING WITH A THUMBS UP.

And as if that wasn’t disrespectful and disgusting enough, it’s also illegal, as federal law prohibits political or election-related activity in the cemetery FOR OBVIOUS REASONS. Accordingly, the cemetery tried to stop this from happening and has since reported that there was an “incident.”
A source with knowledge of the incident said the cemetery official tried to prevent Trump staffers from filming and photographing in a section where recent U.S. casualties are buried. The source said Arlington officials had made clear that only cemetery staff members would be authorized to take photographs or film in the area, known as Section 60.
When the cemetery official tried to prevent Trump campaign staff from entering Section 60, campaign staff verbally abused and pushed the official aside, according to the source.
A spokesperson for the cemetery said in a statement, “Federal law prohibits political campaign or election-related activities within Army National Military Cemeteries, to include photographers, content creators or any other persons attending for purposes, or in direct support of a partisan political candidate’s campaign. Arlington National Cemetery reinforced and widely shared this law and its prohibitions with all participants. We can confirm there was an incident, and a report was filed.”
So not only did this man who attacked Gold Star families, who has repeatedly attacked war heroes like John McCain and General McRaven, among countless others, who refused to confront Putin about putting bounties on our soldiers’ heads, who couldn’t fathom military sacrifice and called our military dead “suckers and losers,” who told a widow of a fallen soldier her husband “knew what he was getting into,” who couldn’t be bothered to visit the graves of our war dead because it was drizzling, who just a couple of weeks ago shat on veterans by dismissing the Congressional Medal of Honor as being worth less than the Presidential Medal of Freedom because those recipients are alive and have all of their limbs, NOT ONLY DID HE DO ALL THAT AND MORE, but now his campaign physically and verbally abused Arlington National Cemetery staff so that their boss, Former President Avoiding STDS is His Vietnam, could stand on a fallen soldier’s grave and give a thumbs up. There is something genuinely pathological about his disrespect for the military and its members.
As the daughter of a veteran, I genuinely do not understand how any member of the armed forces or their family could support this grossly selfish narcissistic sociopathic monster who clearly loathes the military and anyone who lives a life of sacrifice to this country. It boggles the mind.

Vice President Kamala Harris and Tim Walz will do a sit-down interview with CNN that will air tomorrow; now will all the press stop wringing their hands about her not having done an “official” interview? SHE’S BEEN A LITTLE BUSY SAVING THE DEMOCRATIC PARTY AND THE COUNTRY IN GENERAL.
Soooooo … back in March it was announced that former ER star, Noah Wylie, would be starring in a new Max medical drama created by some of the original writers on ER called The Pitt. In an interview a couple of months later, Wylie mentioned that he and The Pitt creators had been in talks with the Michael Crichton estate about doing an ER sequel, but “issues” with the estate “made it a non-starter.” Well, now the Crichton estate is suing errrrrrrrrrybody, because they think it’s a little bit less than coincidental that after negotiations on an ER sequel broke down, the creators and one of the stars of ER are now working on a medical drama with the “chaotic formula of overworked doctors in an underfunded urban hospital, whose personal lives are explored in between patient crises,” but this time set in Pittsburgh instead of Chicago. Hope you’ve got some good lawyers, Warner Bros. Discovery!
The next season of The Bear won’t start shooting until sometime early next year. I guess when some shows don’t come back for years — looking at you, Severance — we should count our blessings.
Aubrey Plaza not having watched The White Lotus because she forgot her Max password is very relatable.
General Hospital fans are not taking Kelly Monaco’s firing lying down. (It’s unlikely this will save her character, but who knows, maybe Sam will have a return from the dead, soap opera-style a couple of years from now.)

How come you didn’t do any postings about the Yellowstone prequel filming in Galveston last week? All the major stars were supposedly there.
I was completely oblivious that they were filming in Galveston! You’re breaking news to me! It would appear that they were filming “1923” at the “Ashton Villa, the Galveston Railroad Museum, Murdochs and the Grand Galvez” and that the locations will actually be stand-ins for Chicago and Ellis Island among other locations:
