If you’re not going to call out a fascist’s lies, maybe don’t give them a platform to spew them. Looking at you, ’60 Minutes.’

Here’s A BUNCH OF TV News

There is some value in interviewing public figures whose political beliefs veer into the conspiratorial, racist, fascist, Christian white nationalist arenas if AND ONLY IF you are prepared to push back against their bullshit and show the hatred and fallacies underlying their arguments. That did not happen in the Leslie Stahl interview of Marjorie Taylor Greene on 60 Minutes last night. If the best you can come up with to the outright lie that Democrats and President Biden support children “being sexualized and having transgender surgeries” is “Wow,” you are not merely turning a blind eye to her awfulness, you are giving this lunatic a national platform to spread her hateful, fascist agenda.

There is a way to interview these people and expose them as the monsters that they are — Jon Stewart regularly does it on his show. But if you’re too scared or not competent enough to push back on someone’s vile positions, you shouldn’t interview them at all.

At least the ratings tanked. It was down 33% from last week, the second-lowest-rated episode of the season. LEARN SOMETHING FROM THIS, 60 MINUTES.

Meanwhile, Kelsea Ballerini’s CMT performance that included drag queens Jan Sport, Olivia Lux, Manila Luzon, and Kennedy Davenport has made the haters BIG MAD. Lol, cry about it.

Ballerini also addressed gun violence during the ceremony. This woman is a blessing.

Kevin Costner, Taylor Sheridan, and the rest of the main cast of Yellowstone didn’t show up to the PaleyFest panel for the show, leaving fans who bought expensive tickets furious. What is going on over there, guys?

The Last of Us will film in Vancouver for season two. (Along with everyone else.)

You know I don’t spend much time talking about sportsball here, but this business of white men clutching their pearls because Angel Reese, a black NCAA basketball player trash-talked Caitlin Clark, a white NCAA basketball player — while using the same gesture that Clark had previously used — it makes my blood boil, y’all.

Guys. Your racism is showing.

I mean …

But Angel Reese doesn’t need me or anyone else to defend her:

The Late Late Show with James Corden will end at the end of this month. Here’s what to expect from the final episodes: three more “Carpool Karaokes”; one more “Crosswalk the Musical”, and a “Take a Break” with the Kardashians.

Speaking of Kardashians, Pete Davidson says that SNL making jokes about his dating life made him insecure and feel like a “loser.” Friend, no one thought you were a loser for dating the women you did.

Carole Baskin is packing up her big cats and moving to Arkansas.

WANT.

WANT.

How DARE Collider make this list of Netflix shows that were canceled too soon and not include Teenage Bounty Hunters. AND WHERE IS GLOW? AND WHAT ABOUT MINDHUNTER?  I WILL NEVER STOP SCREAMING.

Kieran Culkin has an interesting answer to who the most despicable character on Succession is.

Apparently there are a lot of people out there who are hankering for a Reba reboot.

Netflix just fired their heads of documentary, shocking a lot of people.

Let it go, my dude.

This TikTok account that remixes Seinfeld with the Twin Peak’s “Laura’s Theme” is making perfection:

Here is more than you ever wanted to know about that song that Zack sang to Irina on Love is Blind.

Bliss and Irina had some other food-based fights that didn’t make it into the show.

And Irina is finally sorry for being such an asshole on Love is Blind.
