Today’s big TV news: The funeral for Queen Elizabeth II and the end of the ten days of mourning in the U.K.
As Queen Elizabeth’s procession made it to Windsor Castle, her final resting place, her beloved Corgis were brought out to see her:

Here are a bunch of photos of the Royals, world leaders and other famous people who attended the Westminster Abbey ceremony, including Bear Grylls and Sandra Oh. Oh represented the Order of Canada; Grylls represented the Order of Grub-eating.
Speaking of the world leaders in attendance, they had to ride to the funeral in buses (but not President Biden). This created some dramaz and feels like the set-up for a Jerry Bruckheimer/Speed-like thriller.

There was a whole Queue-skipping scandal involving a pair of morning show anchors.
And Channel 5 bravely chose to air The Emoji Movie instead of the funeral.

- Also being shelved by HBO Max is the TV adaptation of Madame X. Both Madame X and Constantine could be shopped to other services.
- Magic Mike’s Last Dance was originally set to premiere on HBO Max, but will now be receiving a theatrical release first.
- 50 Cent has chosen to not renew his deal with Starz.
