I’ve often wondered if on The Walking Dead anyone has any idea what the date is, much less what day of the week it is. I assume Eugene probably does, but I doubt anyone else does or cares, and on this, the third day of Election Day, I get it. What even is time, anyway, amirite, Steve Kornacki?
It’s Thursday, by the way, but who really cares, you know?
Anyway. Here are two cats talking to each other.
Political Crap
As I said, it’s day three, and we still do not know who the President is. Biden is inching ever closer with a few thousand votes in Georgia and a few thousand votes in Nevada and a WHOLE BUNCH of votes in Pennsylvania and who even knows what’s going on in Arizona …
As of 12:45 p.m. ET, there are approximately 50,401 ballots still outstanding across Georgia, according to Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger.
Joe Biden is down about 14,000 votes in Georgia.

PENNSYLVANIA: Trump lead has collapsed from 600K on election night to 122K.
— US Politics Polls (@USPoliticsPoll) November 5, 2020
Biden is up by 11.4K right now in NV.
Dems are going to win these mail ballots coming in from Election Day and yesterday — 63K. And they should win them decisively. That leaves 60K provisionals, which have been evenly split.
I see no path left for Trump here.

It sounds like we are nearing Nevada being called for Biden. Nevada+Arizona (called by Fox and AP for Biden but still disputed) would give Biden a decisive 270 electoral votes. https://t.co/gSdaquuvLC

Team President Malignancy continues to scream about fraud and demanding to stop the counting of the vote … except for in the places where they insist the vote must continue:

As I understand the state of the race, Trump is seeking various forms of relief in his lawsuits:
– recount WI
– stop counting in NC
– count faster in NV
– count backwards in PA
– count only the ballots he likes in GA
– don't count Detroit— Nancy Leong (@nancyleong) November 4, 2020

To be very clear, there is only one side who wants to stop the vote, and it ain’t Biden’s.
Meanwhile, President Frivolous Lawsuit’s attempts to litigate himself a win isn’t working out so great for him, either (as there is no basis for his bitching):
The Trump campaign’s lawsuit in Georgia has been dismissed.
Judge James F. Bass of the Eastern Judicial Circuit of Georgia writes the court found “no evidence” that ballots challenged “were received after 7:00pm on election day, thereby making those ballots invalid." pic.twitter.com/k0j95K3wPa

NEW: A Michigan Court of Claims judge has ruled against a lawsuit filed by President Trump's campaign over the handling of mail ballot counting.
The judge said Trump's campaign failed to make its case and that it's too late to grant the remedy requested. https://t.co/TGCd0mpGXG

BREAKING: The Pennsylvania Supreme Court has overruled the Commonwealth Court ruling favoring the Trump campaign on watching the mail in ballot count in Philadelphia.

Look at this mess:
…..there was a large number of secretly dumped ballots as has been widely reported!

Anyway. I’m calm. He’s losing. It might not be over today, it might not be over tomorrow, but it will be over soon. And when it is, I can eventually go back to not having to think about this fucking lawless monster every goddamned day. It will happen.
