Really? Pre Lucy?
Technically, yep. White’s series, “Life with Elizabeth” began airing locally on KLAC-TV in 1951, the same year “I Love Lucy” premiered, but it wasn’t broadcast nationally until 1953. So I guess it depends on how you slice it.

Season 2 of Trial and Error is much better than Season 1. They took the quirkiness and ran with it.
