The Proposal: “Ten eligible women selected by a blue-ribbon panel of matchmakers vie for the heart of Winston, a mystery entrepreneur and self-made millionaire, ready to take a risk for love and make a proposal of a lifetime.” I’ve seen this before. It was called Who Wants to Marry a Millionaire? and it didn’t end well. 9 p.m., ABC

Making It: Amy Poehler and Nick Offerman host this crafting competition series which is reason enough to watch, right? 9 p.m., NBC

Casual: The entire fourth and final season. Hulu

Quantico: The team comes face-to-face with Conor Devlin in the series finale.  7 p.m., ABC

Random Acts of Flyness: Here’s how this new late-night series from Terrance Nance is described by HBO: “A fluid, stream-of-conscious response to the contemporary American mediascape, each episode of Random Acts of Flyness features a handful of interconnected vignettes, showcasing an ensemble cast of emerging and established talent. The show is a mix of vérité documentary, musical performances, surrealist melodrama and humorous animation.” So, take that as you will. Series premiere. 11 p.m., HBO

Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri: Look, this is a problematic film, no question, but Frances McDormand is a God damned beast in it, and honestly, I don’t think it is nearly as redemptive and forgiving as some people think. Anyway. 7 p.m., HBO

Killer Twin: But honestly, is there any other kind? 7 p.m., Lifetime

Split: NO SPOILERS, but I’m just saying if you’re excited about Glass, you should watch this first. 7 p.m., ActionMax
