HBO released some new photos from this next episode, “The Queen’s Justice,” and it looks like a Targaryen family reunion is in the works. OH, WHATEVER, WE ALL KNOW R + L = J.

WAIT, WHAT?
The Opposition with Jordan Klepper is your newest late night Daily Show spinoff: “The Opposition with Jordan Klepper will satirize the hyperbolic, conspiracy-laden noise machine that is the alternative-media landscape on both the right and left. The Opposition is the voice of the new America. It is the America that defines its own reality. It’s the America of paid protestors, Obama’s birth certificate, and the certainty that CNN is fake news.”
According to Vanity Fair, Klepper will play a conspiracy theorist character, ala Alex Jones, and satirize both sides of the political spectrum. So, yes, while it’s another white guy ripping on the news on late night, at least it’ll be another white guy playing a character while ripping on the news on late night. You know, like The Colbert Report.
It will debut on Comedy Central on September 25th, immediately following The Daily Show.
Damon Lindelof is optimistic about an inevitable Lost reboot — as long as it introduced a new set of characters, and didn’t try to use the old ones.
The Walking Dead is going to start offering “reward points” that you can use to buy trinkets to try to get you to watch live.
Rob Lowe saying that we haven’t seen the last of The Grinder is the best news of the day.
The Broad City girls turned “Trump” into an expletive on their show because they are awesome.
Olivia de Havilland has asked for a fall court date in her suit against Ryan Murphy. (Meanwhile, this whole thing is silly. Her character was one of the few decent people in the show.)
In which some male TV writers discover that having a diversity of voices makes for better scripts. Go figure.
Yes. Next question?
