All’s Fair: Kim Kardashian, Sarah Paulson, Niecy Nash, Naomi Watts, Teyana Taylor, and Glen Close star in this new Ryan Murphy series about lady lawyers doing lady lawyer things while apparently forgetting how to button their blouses. Series premiere. Hulu

Squid Game: The Challenge: Season premiere. Netflix

The Golden Bachelor: Mel is terrified of stingrays, apparently. 8 p.m., ABC

The Fantastic Four: First Steps: The first of two Pedro Pascal movies I’m going to recommend this week. Streaming premiere. Disney+

Road House double feature: For some reason, they are starting with the Jake Gyllenhaal version first and then showing the Patrick Swayze original, which is not the order I would play them. But then again, no one asked me, so.  7 p.m., AMC

THURSDAY

All Her Fault: Sarah Snook stars as a mother whose son goes missing in this new thriller. Series premiere. Peacock

Death by Lightning: Michael Shannon stars as President James Garfield and Matthew McFayden as his assassin, Charles Guiteau, in this new limited series about the very strange but true story of Garfield’s very short presidency. Series premiere. Netflix

Wicked: One Wonderful Night: The cast of Wicked is back for interviews, performances, and a first look at Wicked: For Good. Synergy, baby. 7 p.m., NBC

FRIDAY

Plurbius: Rhea Seehorn stars as Carol, the world’s most miserable person, who must save everyone from happiness in Vince Gilligan’s strange and wonderful new series. Series premiere. Apple TV+

Happy’s Place: Emmett continues his nightly check-ins with Bobbby in the season premiere. 7 p.m., NBC

Stumble: So, remember that fun little Netflix documentary, Cheer, about the junior college cheer squad in Texas that wins all those national championships but then the fun wore off when it was discovered that one of the most charming personalities on the squad was actually a sexual predator? Yeah, so, this new sitcom is basically that but (hopefully) minus all the sexual predation. Series premiere. 7:30 p.m., NBC

Frankenstein: Oscar Isaac and Jacob Elordi star in Guillermo Del Toro’s take on Mary Shelley’s classic tale. Netflix

Downton Abbey: The Grand Finale: No, for real, guys. This is the last one. Peacock
