Give Leslie Jones her own show. Immediately.

Ahhhwoooooooooo!

@changalaaussies

I’ve had a lot of folks ask me why dogs howl. I think there’s a lot of reasons why, but the main intention always seems like they’re trying to connect with other dogs. Any opinions are welcome. Here’s A BUNCH OF TV News

The Good Wife very nearly killed Kristin Chenoweth when a light fell directly onto her head, but she didn’t sue the production or CBS, which she now regrets.

Leslie Jones hosted The Daily Show for the first time last night and I’m ready for her to have her own show. It’s a little NSFW, btw:

Leslie Jones (@lesdoggggg) is our first guest host and she’s got some thoughts on that new MLK Jr. statue…#dailyshow #fyp #foryoupage #lesliejones #mlkjr #mlkday #boston #statue #mlkstatue

Two medical dramas ended last night — well, maybe. The Resident likely ended on Fox last night, though it hasn’t been officially canceled. And New Amsterdam ended on NBC, though the creator is still unclear on why it was canceled.

Theo James is not making a George Michael biopic but NOW I DEMAND THAT HE DO SO. Look at how much they look alike, y’all!

After Jeremy Renner was run over by a snowplow, Paramount+ had to update the key art for Mayor of Kingstown which showed his face bloodied and bruised.

Julia Louis-Dreyfus says that if Veep were to come back (which it will not, sadly), they could never touch upon January 6. Fair. But I would have loved to have seen the Meyer administration deal with the shitshow that was the pandemic.

The Simpsons is one of the most popular — sometimes THE most popular — series on Disney+.

Hey — you can rent that villa in Sicily from The White Lotus. It’ll cost you, though.

Aubrey Plaza once auditioned for Saturday Night Live, but made it weird and didn’t get the job.

WHOOPS.

Dax Shepard revealed to Anna Kendrick that Kristen Bell is jealous of her and it was awkward. I actually find this a little strange because I would have thought Bell and Kendrick were friendly because they’re so much alike. Which, of course, is exactly the problem.

Another day, another award nominees announcement: today it’s the GLAAD Media Awards.

BYE.
