- It looks like the black-ish spinoff will be on Freeform.
- Syfy has ordered Krypton to series, and they are developing George R.R. Martin’s novella Nightflyers.
- Netflix ordered Osmosis, a French sci-fi series.
- Amazon has ordered Carnival Row, a new fantasy series.
- A Judge Dredd show is happening?
- Cartoon Network has greenlit The Jellies, a series from rapper Tyler the Creator.
- The Left Hand of Darkness, a 1969 sci-fi classic, is being turned into a limited series.
- Oxygen has ordered Criminal Confessions, a reality series from Dick Wolff.
- Oxygen has also ordered a bunch of other true crime shows, including shows from Ice-T, Soledad O’Brien Nancy Grace, and Buzzfeed.
- Unikitty from The Lego Movie is getting her own series on Cartoon Network.
- Shannara Chronicles is moving from MTV to Spike.
- Venus Williams is developing a documentary series, Deals in Heels.
- The world of Andy Cohen is expanding: Watch What Happens Live is going to have a summer off-network syndication test run.
- Netflix has ordered The Who Was? Show, based on the children’s book series Who Was?
- Suite Française, a World War II drama starring Michelle Williams, will debut on Lifetime.
- Room 104, the Duplass brothers comedy, will debut on HBO on July 28.

- Jennifer Hudson is going to be a judge on The Voice, which I am guessing hurried to lock her down after the American Idol news broke.
- Meanwhile, no duh.
- John Noble will be in the fourth season of The Librarians.
- André Holland (Moonlight) will star in Castle Rock at Hulu.
- Tiffany Haddish will co-star in the Tracy Morgan comedy.
- Ana de la Reguera (Narcos) will be in Goliath, season 2.
