Here’s A BUNCH OF TV News

We’re gonna White Lotus up in here today. Scroll away if you haven’t watched last night’s finale yet.

Mike White gives his thoughts on the season finale and each of the character arcs. “It’s a classic theme of Greek tragedy.”

And here, Vulture overthinks the repeated imagery of the series as a whole: monkeys, water, rebirth, and daddy issues.

The cast reacts to that finale, and how it felt to film it: “We were all crying backstage, we held each other for a long time,” Isaacs told the crowd. “I don’t know because if it’s this thing is coming to an end or because it’s just such a beautiful story.”

Leslie Bibb was worried that the friends’ storyline would be considered boring.

Originally, there was going to be a sex scene between Piper and Zion.

Woody Harrelson was originally cast as Frank in The White Lotus but dropped out either because he wasn’t able to negotiate a higher salary or because of a family vacation, take your pick.

And Scott Glenn nearly turned down his role, because he didn’t want to play the “old man.” He was perfectly cast.

If this was your introduction to Parker Posey, you have so much wonderful ahead of you.

Sounds like Belinda got her happy ending and won’t be back for season four.

What we know about The White Lotus season 4: very little. And don’t count on it happening until probably 2027.

The White House or The White Lotus? “There will be fascinating, perplexing, and disturbing monologues by men. … There will be crimes in broad daylight, of course.”

Finally, the big winner of season three? Lorazepam.

Will Theo James be the next James Bond? I’m not mad about it.

Please do not threaten to blow up Saturday Night Live because you are obsessed with Scarlett Johansson.

They’ve brought dire wolves back Jurassic Park-style and I know it’s irrational but I WANT ONE SO BAD.

I’ve seen a lot of informal TV reunions over the years, but this one hit differently:

Kathy Bates is reading your Reddit posts about Matlock.

Tori Spelling wishes her sex tape had been released and I think I speak for the rest of the world when I say, THANK GOODNESS IT DID NOT.

Sean Hannity literally can not conceive of people having political principles.

1. Adam Devine was run over by a cement truck as a child?!?? 2. I’m glad Adam Devine is not, actually, dying. 3. I hope he feels better soon. 4. Do not click on this related story unless you are prepared to be traumatized in SEVERAL different ways.

Get better soon, Manuel Masalva.

LOL, and in fact, LMAO.

  1. I don’t have any qualms about the 7 Parker Posey things you should watch that Vanity Fair posted except to say I would definitely add her role in Josie and the Pussycats. Perfect.
