The Blair Witch Project: True story: back in 1999, when we lived in New York, my husband and I saw this in a sneak preview in a tiny theater of about 20 people in the middle of Times Square, knowing nothing about the movie. After the movie, we just hung out in Times Square for a couple of hours — something we NEVER did — just to be around other people and lights and civilization because we were so freaked out. 8:54 p.m., Indieplex
