The ‘Love is Blind’ reunion broke Netflix, and everyone had jokes — literally everyone.

NOM NOM NOM.

Here’s A BUNCH OF TV News

Last night was supposed to be the big Love is Blind live-streamed reunion on Netflix, their second live-streamed event following the successful Chris Rock stand-up special, Selective Outrage. And fans were EXCITED.

But then … viewers who were excited to hear Micah and Jackie and Irina explain their damn selves found their evening derailed by a technical error that was at first expected to cause a 15-minute delay which became a one-hour delay which became an 18-hour delay. (Though some viewers reported that they could catch some of the reunion if they fast-forwarded to a certain point.)

And then the pile-on began:

Delicious. The reunion is available as of right now, btw.

UNDERLINED OR CROSSED OUT? (Succession spoilers. Click carefully.)

Craig Mazin says there is a lot of story left to tell on The Last of Us, beyond a second season. It sounds to me like he’s suggesting that the story will extend beyond that of the video games, but I suppose we will see.

The reason the new Game of Thrones series will be called A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms: The Hedge Knight (probably just The Hedge Knight once it gets started, let’s be honest) instead of Dunk & Egg according to George R.R. Martin is because “Dunk & Egg” sounds like a sitcom. He’s not wrong.

He’s also threatening to write more of the Dunk & Egg novellas — and then presumably give up on that, too.

Before we reach the end of the published stories, I will need to find time to write all the other Dunk & Egg novellas that I have planned. There are… gulp… more of them than I had once thought. There’s “The Village Hero” and the Winterfell story, the one with the She-Wolves, and maybe I need to write that Dornish adventure too to slip in between “The Hedge Knight” and “The Sworn Sword,” and after that there are… ah… more. I just need to finish THE WINDS OF WINTER, and then do either A DREAM OF SPRING or volume two of FIRE & BLOOD, and slip in a new Dunk & Egg between each of those in my copious spare time…

House of the Dragon promises to pick up right where we left off in season two. WELL, I SHOULD HOPE SO. To be fair to Ryan Condal, the first season of HotD did have a lot of time leaps to make, and what he is saying here is that the storytelling should be a lot more traditional from here on out.

Mrs. Davis — which is the series I am most excited for this year — is set to ask “are we losing part of our humanity as we become reliant on tech?” according to Damon Lindelof and creator Tara Hernandez.

The Three-Body Problem, D.B. Weiss and David Benioff’s next project, is expected to debut on Netflix this year. It’s high on my list, too, but a date has not been set yet.

Ooh … Beef co-star Young Manzino has an interesting idea about where a potential season two could go.

Everything you didn’t see on RuPaul’s Drag Race‘s grand finale.

I hadn’t thought about this, but the Writers’ Strike is set to begin on May 1, so was Saturday’s episode of Saturday Night Live the last we’ll get for a while? possibly this season?

Hayley + Mateo forever.

No, this Dawson’s Creek shot was not CGI, the basketball really did bounce off of the camera.

HBO Max is out here trolling The Lord of the Rings: Rings of Power. And you know what? LOL.

How much do you spend on streaming services every month? (I honestly do not know and I do not want to know.)

Speaking of your subscriptions, do you know who has access to them? Here’s how to find out.

AMC is planning on launching an ad-supported tier to AMC+.

Paramount+ is going to start using Pluto to stream previous seasons of their shows for free ahead of the premiere of new seasons.

A decent defense of Colin Jost and Michael Che as the Weekend Update anchors that I agree with. I have found myself chafing less myself, and think that a large part of it is as simple as Jost and Che have matured.

There really should be trigger warnings before networks can broadcast ads for Dr. Pimple Popper.

Belated happy birthday, Rob McElhenney!

This is an interesting list of the worst winners of The Bachelor and The Bachelorette according to Reddit, mostly because I can’t tell if it’s ranked, meaning, #1 is the WORST winner of all time, or if they are just listed in random order. Because here’s the thing: the #1 is a person I’ve never heard of, and the article itself says, “Reddit doesn’t have much to say about her — probably because she appeared very early in the franchise …”  but if this is just a random order, then why organize them from 10 to 1? Whoops — overthinking something completely stupid again.

Judy Blume did not say she supports J.K. Rowling’s transphobia, and anyone who knows anything about Judy Blume would know that.

Genuinely hoping that Raquel Leviss is receiving the care she needs. None of this can possibly be easy for her.
