Lanterns: New Lantern recruit, John Stewart, is being trained by Lantern legend, Hal Jordan, when they get drawn into a dark intergalactic mystery in America’s heartland in this new series from Damon Lindelof. Now, listen. I’ll watch anything Lindelof makes, but I’m not a huge superhero fan, so I guess we’ll see. Series premiere. 8 p.m., HBO

Disney Princess: The Ultimate Concert Celebration: In celebration of “Princess Week,” the largest gathering of “princess talent” is assembled in this 30-minute concert celebration. Premiere.  7 p.m., ABC
