foolish watcher

No TV news today, just a couple of very cute animal videos

Hi friends — it’s been an emotional rollercoaster of a week for yours truly.

In happy news, my husband and I celebrated a pretty big milestone in our relationship; in less happy news, I suffered a sad loss when two friends passed away in a tragic plane crash. And I have to be honest, my head isn’t on quite straight right now. So I’m taking a mental health day weekend starting immediately.

But I never leave you empty-handed here at Foolish Watcher, and on that note I bring you TWO adorable animals, because adorable animals are about the only thing that are helping me get through this week.

Adorable animal #1: This squirrel eating a piece of avocado while wearing an avocado helmet.

And adorable animal #2, which is technically three adorable animals: This Ridgeback playing with a pair of kittens that she rescued.

I’ll be back soon, hopefully with the most recent Game of Thrones recap ahead of the new episode, but no promises. Like I said, it’s been a hell of a week.
