STOP EVERYTHING. DID ‘GAME OF THRONES’ JUST SUGGEST IN A NEW PROMO THAT JON SNOW AND JAIME LANNISTER ARE GOING TO DIE?

Y’ALL. I wasn’t going to lead with Game of Thrones again, but then those MONSTERS at HBO released a new teaser featuring the aftermath of the Battle of Winterfell and IT IS BLEAK. YOU GUYS. YOU GUYS.

Note: if you click on the video below, it will take you to YouTube to watch the video, but IT IS WORTH IT. I don’t even want to discuss what is shown because POTENTIAL SPOILERS, but I. AM. SHOOK. WHAT DOES IT MEAN??? DOES IT MEAN ANYTHING AT ALL? ARE THEY JUST TORTURING US? OR IS EVERYONE DOOMED?

Maisie Williams dropped a HUGE spoiler on The Tonight Show last night. (And, look, it’s very convincing, but if you believe that, I’ve got a bridge to sell ya.):

The wonderful Joanna Robinson has a great explainer on the logistics of fighting the White Walkers and the wights — Valyrian Steel, dragonglass, dragon fire, and Wildfire, scorpions, they’re all here.

Game of Thrones also released some new photos from what looks to be the first two episodes. There’s not a lot new here, but if you want to look at pictures of Daenerys standing around looking slightly bemused in her badass fur coat, this has you covered.

Speaking of dragonglass, this lucky Game of Thrones blogger was invited to “The Dead Must Die” experience and sent a dragonglass weapon and I AM NOT JEALOUS AT ALL.

Sophie Turner is cool with the pay gap between herself and Kit Harington.

CBS All Access has made one of the first two Twilight Zone episodes they released yesterday available to watch for free:

The episodes are loaded with easter eggs referencing classic Twilight Zone episodes. This is a fairly comprehensive list of the easter eggs in “The Comedian” and “Nightmare at 30,000 Feet.”

Here is a handy guide to each of the episodes — what we know so far regarding their cast, writers, directors, plots and release dates.

And Vanity Fair compiles a list of the 26 best classic Twilight Zone episodes. I’m pleased to see “Living Doll” so high on the list — that episode MESSED ME UP when I saw it the first time as a child.

Maisie Williams wasn’t the only TV person trying to pull one over on you yesterday. Here’s a roundup of some of the other April Fool’s pranks people tried to pull on folks on Twitter.

The Supernatural boys explain how they came to the decision to end the show after next season:

“Nobody wanted to see this show fizzle out,” Ackles continued. “I think that it was everyone wanting to do the biggest service to the show that we could by going out strong. It just seemed like the writing was kind of on the wall as to when that was happening. I think everybody kind of felt that it was coming soon. So it was just taking that leap of faith of going like, ‘Well, guys, let’s get out the paint and paint that finish line, and hold our heads high, because what we’ve accomplished is unlike any other.’

John Oliver had a terrific segment on the WWE on Sunday, exposing the way Vince McMahon exploits wrestlers and the business leads to early deaths. It’s really worth watching if you have the time:

The WWE had some thoughts about the segment, calling it “one-sided” and insisting they really do care about their wrestlers’ health. Sure, Jan.

This is a lovely tribute to two unconventional male characters we are going to have to say goodbye to when Jane the Virgin and Crazy Ex-Girlfriend end this year. Rogelio and Darryl, we will miss you both.

Alec Baldwin is teasing us again.

If you’re a fan of General Hospital‘s Nurses’ Ball episodes, ABC just made past episodes available at ABC.com/nursesball.

Remember Life on Mars? The American remake of the British series that aired on ABC in 2008-2009? Here is a very long piece on how they came up with that bananas series finale. Even if you didn’t watch the show, this is an entertaining look into how the sausage gets made.

The Jussie Smollett mess never ends. Rival protests broke out in Chicago yesterday in support of Cook County’s State Attorney Kim Foxx and denouncing her.

Get better soon, Deborah Norville!
