- ABC also bought Icon, a fashion soap opera from Condé Nast Entertainment and one of the producers of Empire.
- And ABC bought Next Summer, a comedy based on a Norwegian series.
- FX just picked up John Singleton’s crack drama, Snowfall.
- FX bought Meaty, a female comedy from Abbi Jacobson, Jessi Klein and Samantha Irby.
- The CW bought a Hispanic family drama, Casa.
- Pacific Heat is the newest adult animated series from Netflix.
- Oh, lord, they’re talking about making The Purge into a series.
