Y’all know that a lot of that stuff in ‘Monster: The Ed Gein Story’ is just totally made up, right?

Here’s A BUNCH OF TV News

It doesn’t sound like Netflix wants Warner Bros., but Paramount still does. (And that’s terrible news.)

This Hollywood Reporter story about the downfall of Kevin Costner is really something. What happened, Kevin?

The Parents Television Council has filed for bankruptcy. Oh noooooo.

Turning Point USA, Charlie Kirk’s organization, is going to host an alternative Super Bowl Halftime Show, because hearing someone sing in Spanish makes them SO MAD. Perhaps Lee Greenwood will be performing that day after all!

Jimmy Kimmel would love to have President Puddin’ Brain on the show. I’ll hold my breath.

Here are all the lies in Netflix’s Monster: The Ed Gein Story. I have a lot of thoughts on this series. It’s visually very interesting, Laurie Metcalf is fantastic, and Charlie Hunnam manages to find some humanity in the title character. The creators think they have something important to say; and I will give them credit that they came at this story in a novel way. There is so much here about the people and culture that Gein influenced and inspired, and it takes a critical look at the entire true crime genre and their own audience. But the message gets muddled, and in the end, I’m still unclear what they ultimately were trying to say. Layering the story with outright lies, and absolving a serial killer at an attempt at some sort of creative coherence didn’t help matters. (And they really should have left that low-rent Mindhunter out of it, thankyouverymuch.) I’m just saying, if you watch this series, do so critically, and don’t believe everything you’re shown.

SPOILER, but the results of this season of Love is Blind look bleak.

Oh and no, the Love is Blind contestants don’t buy those engagement rings, of course they don’t.

Byron Allen looking at Stephen Colbert’s spot:

Despite winning big at the Emmys this year, Seth Rogen is convinced he’s been blacklisted from presenting at the ceremony.

Actress says true thing about social media.

The time Fox built a replica of The Simpsons house as a prize in a contest and it was a huge disaster.

Hilaria Baldwin insists she’s not a “nepo-wife.” Sure you’re not, honey.
