Well, we now know what Matthew Morrison meant when he said he was leaving So You Think You Can Dance for violating “competition production protocols” and of course it has nothing to do with COVID. But nice try, Morrison.

Lynda Carter is a real-life superhero:

Jada Pinkett Smith hopes that Will and Chris Rock can work things out. OK.

Apparently, Bowen Yang stole Faye Dunaway’s name for his Twitter handle, and now she wants to come on SNL to confront him about it.

A Darth Vader series? Maybe! But probably definitely not!

There will never be a truce in the war between Sarah Jessica Parker and Kim Cattrall.

And in other … And Just Like That news: the show is threatening us with “more Che.” Let’s hope it’s more of her gut-bustingly hilarious comedy because we can’t get enough of that, amirite?

Colton Haynes nearly didn’t get his role on Teen Wolf because the head of MTV was upset he had been in a gay photoshoot for XY Magazine years before. Haynes was also instructed to go back into the closet during the years the show aired. A reminder: Teen Wolf aired between 2011 and 2017, not in the 80s.

The Top Chef final three reveal their favorite fast food, and I have to say, I’m disappointed in Houston’s Evelyn. You’re really going to choose McDonald’s over Whataburger?

Over at CNN, new head Chris Licht is cracking down on the “BREAKING NEWS” chyrons. He also is adding a “Guns in America” beat. GOOD.

Add the reboot of Queer as Folk to the list of shows including a content warning thanks to the endless mass shootings in this country.

Ooooh, some lady is suing Nene Leakes for stealing her husband.

The Johnny Depp/Amber Heard defamation trial has reached a verdict: The jury awarded him $10 million in compensatory damages and $5 million in punitive, and Amber Heard won $2 million in compensatory damages. The live verdict had more viewers than the season finales of Abbott Elementary and Better Call Saul, which is kinda depressing.  I have lots of thoughts about this, but am too tired to deal with the Depp bots for now, so I’ll just say that I am genuinely concerned about the silencing effect that this will have on other victims of domestic abuse. Amber Heard plans to appeal the decision.

Love is dead, once again.
