We have a winner in the first TV Foolishness Tournament …

La Brea it is.

You people are (prehistoric) monsters.

But I’m not mad. Well, not that mad. Like I said in yesterday’s post, I’m a little curious where this terrible terrible very bad show will go in the second season. Not curious enough that I would have chosen to recap it on my own, but the people have voted. Come September 27, I will recap the second season of La Brea, and return to raging about how they just keep ripping off Lost, lock(e), stock, and barrel.

As for how this entire process went, I want to hear from you guys: was this fun? Did it go on too long? Should there have been more shows included or fewer? I’m very interested in your input and would love to hear what I could have done better or differently. The one thing I wish I could have figured out how to do was show you the brackets as they were developing, but on short notice, I couldn’t figure out how to make the images small enough to fit on the blog, but large enough to be legible. Maybe next time.

In terms of how the tournament itself unfolded, it was fascinating to watch from this side. I have to be honest with y’all, had I made a bracket, I would have lost, big.
