Netflix and Instagram have teamed up to produce a series called Wanna Talk About It? that will feature some of Netflix’s most popular YA actors and personalities talking about taking care of oneself during this crisis. “Participating stars including Noah Centineo (To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before), Joey King (The Kissing Booth), Ross Butler (13 Reasons Why), Caleb McLaughlin (Stranger Things), Lana Condor (To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before), Jerry Harris (Cheer), and Alisha Boe (13 Reasons Why).”

This is very sweet: fake doctors thank real healthcare workers:

And here’s the Full House cast (minus the Olsen Twins, obvs) reminding you to stay home:

TV One has pushed back the premiere of Uncensored to the fall. It was supposed to return this month.

The Food Network is trying to figure out how to do quarantine programming with their stars from home.

Bob Iger is suggesting that more Disney movies could be released on Disney+ after Artemis Fowl. Not the biggest ones, mind you, but some.

John Prine, the great American singer-songwriter, has died from complications from this virus. Please read my friend Andrew’s remembrance of him, it’s beautiful.

Tony Greer, a camera operator on Good Morning America, has passed from COVID-19.

John Breier and Allen Garfield, two residents of the Motion Picture & Television Fund’s retirement facility have passed away from COVID-19. Six other residents and four staffers have also tested positive.

And more cop shenanigans: An officer in Illinois followed two African-American men into a Wal-Mart and kicked them out of the store for wearing masks. Unfuckingbelievable:

Ellen DeGeneres joked about feeling like she was in jail, and people didn’t take it well. One of those people is an amazing former Houston Chronicle journalist who spent time in prison for drug-related offenses and now writes powerfully about the criminal justice system.

Nobody wants your help, Martin Shkreli.

Broadway is going to stay shut down until at least June.

Joe Scarborough is the latest cable news personality to rip the networks for playing the White House press conferences live and without fact-checking:

Good news:

YouTube is making some of their original programming available to stream for free.

Radiohead is going to be streaming live shows each week on their YouTube channel:

So I post all these late night segments every day because I know we could all use a laugh, not because I expect you to watch each of them, or any of them, they’re just there if you need them. That said, this bit that Seth Meyers does at the end of his show is so sweet and human that it made me get a little misty which I KNOW IS STUPID, and I’m just saying we all miss someone or many someones right now and hopefully sooner rather than later, we’ll get to be with them again.

Schitt’s Creek said goodbye last night and people had feelings about it.

Also, E! compiled a bunch of stills from SPOILER! David’s wedding, in what they are calling a “wedding album.”

Tonight is Modern Family‘s big goodbye. It probably ran on a few seasons too long, but that said, it always was a reliable workhorse comedy.

And today is the 30th anniversary of Twin Peaks, possibly the most influential series in this modern “Golden Age” of TV. If you’ve never watched it, there has never been a better time to immerse yourself.

Joy Behar is planning to retire from The View in 2022. But The View is like “NUH-UH.” So who knows.

This will shock you I’m sure since the only thing I’ve had to write about for the past two weeks that hasn’t been coronavirus has been Tiger King, but it is one of Netflix’s biggest hits yet.
