Looks like that theory that Fear the Walking Dead is headed to Texas is coming to fruition. In their article about adding Jenna Elfman to the cast, The Hollywood Reporter noted:
Sources say Fear the Walking Dead is also moving its filming location to Texas — a move that was set up in the finale’s narrative as a new villain (Ray McKinnon) set sail for “what’s left of Houston” with Alicia (co-star Alycia Debnam-Carey). That also opened the door for the upcoming crossover with the flagship drama, as speculation swirls that Michael Cudlitz could reprise his role as Abraham. (The character, killed off of the original series in season seven, would still be living in Houston with his wife, son and daughter during Fear‘s timeline.)
Furthermore, while not confirmed that it is the FTWD set, there were some awfully zombified-looking cars and RVs spotted at a filming location outside a stadium in Round Rock recently. So, does this mean I have to go back to recapping this series, and should I recap this past season that I missed?

Harassment Time
Jeffrey Tambor has left Transparent, citing “the politicized environment.” And not, you know, being sexually aggressive with his cast and crew. I’m happy that Transparent will carry on without him, I’m worried about what all of this will mean for Arrested Development.
Al Franken has been accused by another woman of being handsy with her. God damn it. And just after Bill Maher and Chelsea Handler went out of their way to insist he’s not a predator. This most recent allegation does not make Franken as bad as Roy Moore, certainly, but it’s not great, guys.
His original accuser read on The View an apology letter Franken wrote to her, which, to his credit, was very sincere sounding. However, he’s been cut from the airing of the David Letterman Mark Twain special that is going to air tonight on PBS.

You can believe your friend, but you don’t have to put out a public statement! And because, completely predictably, people FREAKED THE FUCK OUT, Dunham had to put out a second statement that basically read, “My bad.”
