Netflix does the right thing with Kevin Spacey, doesn’t go nearly far enough with another of their stars

Kevin Spacey is officially out on House of Cards, — his image is no longer even on the menu card — and Netflix will not be moving forward on his Gore Vidal biopic, Gore. House of Cards has suspended filming to allow the show to write him out.

And that’s great! Good decision, Netflix! But what about Danny Masterson? Danny Masterson was accused by four women of raping them in the early 2000s — accusations that they took to the LAPD who turned it over to the district attorney’s office:

The evidence that the district attorney has amassed as part of this case has been described as “compelling” and “overwhelming” by multiple sources and includes audiotapes, emails sent to and from Scientology officers at the time the alleged rapes happened, forensic computer evidence and a threatening handwritten letter Masterson sent to one of the alleged victims.

However, the cases have stalled out, perhaps thanks to pressure from the Church of Scientology. And that’s where Leah Remini comes in to shine some light on those particular cockroaches. She taped an episode of Scientology and the Aftermath in which she interviewed the victims, but it has been shelved to avoid compromising the DA’s case while they consider bringing charges, BUT HEY, MAYBE IT’S ABOUT TIME TO DECIDE, GUYS.

In the meantime, Netflix has also decided against taking action against Masterson who co-stars on The Ranch. Which, when you consider that no legal charges have been brought against Kevin Spacey yet SEEMS PRETTY FUCKING HYPOCRITICAL, Y’ALL.

Back to Kevin Spacey: Richard Dreyfus’ son, Harry, has come forward with accusations against the actor. He is in addition to three more accusers according to Buzzfeed, and eight House of Cards employees. HOW DID THIS STAY QUIET FOR SO LONG?

Uma Thurman is full of righteous anger, and she will tell you about it when she’s damn well good and ready.

Julianna Margulies has come forward to say that Harvey Weinstein and Steven Seagal were inappropriate with her.

Harvey Weinstein is under investigation for lewd conduct by the LAPD, and the NYPD said they had an “actual case” against him for rape. More than 90 accusers have come forward against this anal cyst of a man.

Michelle Pfieffer isn’t naming names, but she’s been there.

David Guillod, the CEO of talent agency Primary Wave Entertainment, has been forced out after Jessica Barth accused him of sexual assault.

And the man that groped Terry Crews, Adam Venit of William Morris, has been placed on leave. IT’S JUST NOT THAT HARD, NETFLIX.

Whatever, Ben Affleck.

Shut the fuck up, Volker Schlöndorff.

Shut the fuck up, Alec Baldwin.

Shut the fuck up, Bill Maher.

Here are all the Kevin Spacey jokes on Difficult People. BRAVO, GUYS.
